Imaging Systems
Complete imaging systems supported end to end — from evaluation and quoting through delivery, installation and first patient scan.
Service and repair, install and de-install, coil repair, and the superconducting magnet work most shops won’t take — shimming, cool-downs and cold storage. Qualified engineers, 24x7, nationwide by travel.
The full portfolio
Eight named capabilities. If your problem doesn’t fit neatly into one of them, call anyway — the diagnosis is free advice either way.
Complete imaging systems supported end to end — from evaluation and quoting through delivery, installation and first patient scan.
Corrective and ongoing service for MRI, CT and PET/CT systems, with fast part and equipment delivery backing every dispatch.
Full installation and de-installation for imaging systems — decommissioning, relocation, or standing up a replacement suite.
Diagnosing and restoring MRI RF coils to proper operating condition — often the difference between a repair invoice and a replacement purchase order.
Adjusting magnetic field uniformity so the system images at its best. Performed by our engineers as a standard service, not an exotic add-on.
Controlled cool-down of superconducting magnets for systems being decommissioned, relocated or brought back into service.
Holding magnets cold between de-install and re-install — protecting the asset’s value while a project timeline plays out.
Lease support and field service for trailer-mounted units, so interim capacity gets the same engineering attention as fixed rooms.
Mobile imaging detailsHow engagements run

An engineer at your scanner — corrective repair, installs, de-installs and magnet work performed where the system lives.

Coils and components come to us — diagnosed, restored and returned, backed by our Stuart, FL facility and parts inventory.

Round-the-clock service and support. Call (844) 674-4897 at any hour — triage starts on the phone, not in a ticket queue.
The signature work
Superconducting magnet work is its own discipline — deliberate, staged, and unforgiving of shortcuts. This gauge tracks the four stages we handle in-house. Scroll through them.
Field uniformity is what image quality is built on. Our engineers adjust the magnetic field of an MRI system so it images the way it was designed to — performed as a standard service.
Bringing a superconducting magnet down — for decommissioning, relocation or return to service — is a controlled procedure, not a switch. We manage the process end to end.
Between de-install and re-install, a magnet held cold is an asset preserved. We store magnets for systems being decommissioned, relocated or held in inventory.
The cycle closes with installation: rigging, siting, connection and verification — the same team that stored the magnet stands the system back up.
In the field

An MRI suite with its control monitors live — the end state every service call is aimed at.
Corrective & ongoing
The core of the portfolio: keeping MRI, CT and PET/CT systems scanning. Qualified engineers handle diagnosis and repair in the field, and because the parts inventory and depot are the same company, the replacement board or coil isn’t a separate vendor negotiation — it’s the next step of the same job.
FAQ
Yes. Pinnacle Health provides install and de-install services for medical imaging systems including MRI, CT, and PET/CT.
Coil repair involves diagnosing and restoring MRI RF coils to proper operating condition. Pinnacle Health offers coil repair as part of its service portfolio.
Magnet shimming is the process of adjusting the magnetic field uniformity of an MRI system to ensure optimal image quality. Pinnacle Health engineers perform shimming as a standard service.
Yes. Pinnacle Health offers magnet cool-down services and magnet cold storage for systems that are being decommissioned, relocated, or held in inventory.
Yes. Mobile imaging is part of Pinnacle Health’s service offering. See our Mobile Imaging page for lease and rental details.
